Looking for Real Estate Administrative Assistant

40 hours per week Permanent / Full-Time

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • Sort mail according to destination, Manage accounts payable,
  • Manage day-to-day business operations
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings
  • Use real estate software packages, Maintain internal record-keeping system
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain filing system
  • Train and supervise staff
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Prepare real estate rentals, sales and listings data
  • Plan for social events and guest programs
